This game gave Nintendo a great reputation, and I think it's the very best game they have come out with. I think that this is the best rpg to come out since Dungeons and Dragons. One of the keys to this game is getting a stronger sword as soon as you can. The white sword can be retrieved at the completion of the second level, and the magic sword can be retrieved at the completion of the 5th level. A cheat that you can take that will warp your character to the second quest, is if you name your character zelda, this will give you teh picture of link holding a sword on the character menu.

There is no multiplayer to this game. The music to this game is alright, but some of the levels do have bad music. The graphics are a birds eye view, but they are really good for the year it came out. If you have any problems with getting rubys to buy things, such as the blue ring, then try sing the candle to burn down some trees or bombs to blast holes in the mountains. Sometimes you can get secrets that will give you rubys, but others will take them from you.
